Steak Seasoning

Charlie's Choice Steak Seasoning adds a new and delightful flavor to steak. Sprinkle generously, approximately one teaspoon per pound of meat. Steak may be cooked immediately, but I prefer to let steak stand for one or two hours. This really enhances the flavor.
Charlie's Choice Steak Seasoning contains seven sizes of naturally occurring flaked salt of extremely high purity. This combination of salt and other spices dissolves more slowly and brings out the natural, true flavor of steak. Seasoning may also be used on chicken, pork, roasts, and hamburgers.
